To be used in combination with the Aqua Breeze Effect Colors for maximum effect.

Instructions:

  • Apply and harden Aqua Breeze Black Base
  • Apply 2nd layer Base and DO NOT cure
  • The Aqua Breeze Effect Color with a fine brush or Dotting Tool in the Aqua Breeze Base Black
  • The Aqua Breeze Base will 'shift' allowing you to create a pattern. The longer you wait the more effect you get
  • Curing and finishing with Ultra High Gloss or Ultra: Shine
